  I am not someone who reviews anything online, but I am originally from North Carolina where East Coast Wings was my absolute favorite wing place of all time.. I was so excited to see that we had one here in Greer. But honestly, I can't remember another place that I've eaten at that has such bad service. The food is incredible, I have loved everything that I have ordered here as I did in NC.. but that is the only reason I put 2 stars. If this was a review solely on customer service it would definitely be a zero. Every time that I have come, my server (different ones each time) was incredibly rude and unprofessional. My friends and I stood for about ten minutes waiting on someone to sit us at a table, while all of the staff sat at a table nearby joking around while folding napkins. Some of the servers even looked at us but no one got up to sit us until the one person who had his back to us turned around and saw us. There were many other things that happened but I am not trying to write a novel. I mean, the food is good and I may be back for the wings.. But the service really needs some work.. actually A LOT of work.

  I live close to this wing place. We have picked up wings on probably 8 different occasions and we have dined in probably 5 times. The wings are great most of the time, but they have been not so great on two visits. They do a wing night on Mondays which makes for a great value. My reasoning for 3 stars is the FOH service. This place needs a strong FOH manager badly. I have never interacted with an employee who is over the age of like 22. The kids running the front are very nice, but they need a good manager to train them. They often answer questions with a "I don't know". It's also not rare to have an empty drink and for there to be a circle of employees hanging out not doing anything. They are always very friendly and helpful when you point out a gap to them, but they need a manager who knows how to train them to see the gaps themselves.
