  The manager Joanna or something like that was very rude unprofessional and difficult to deal with. They would not give me a refund when I asked for it due to the drive through cashiers attitude and telling me off bc I asked what the managers name was to report her unethical behavior and I had to call the police and record their behavior as they cursed at me and my wife and child and said I wasn't getting "shit" back and that I was a "pussy ass snitch bitch ass white boy" for calling the police just to get my refund for food I didn't even receive and they lied to the cop the whole time only to have to give my refund anyway at the officers request. Calling corporate headquarters tomorrow for sure. Chris new crew is a nightmare and a horror show of ghetto ratchet stereotyping women. They give people of ethnicity a bad reputation and should go to school to learn ethics and how to conduct themselves in a work environment. Not ridicule and harass their regular loyal customers! I want to file a lawsuit against that egregious crew of McDonald's employees.
